Complete Care has 30 clinics, a strong referral network, and a paid search cost per lead that has climbed past $1,000. Start in the markets where the demand is, make every call count, and earn the right to scale. Search and social run under one plan you can follow without chasing anyone.
Your business and your goals, from our October 20 call.
As shared on our October 20 call. SEO is a separate budget and stays out of these numbers.
Tab 4 shows how we work against each of these.
Market research from Google's own search data, pulled October 27, 2026 for Florida and your two core metros.
Searches a month for terms like "car accident chiropractor" and "doctor after a car accident." Google Keyword Planner, 12-month average, close variants counted once.
Top-of-page bid ranges across Florida. Estimates of what it takes to show at the top, not what a click costs. "Chiropractor near me" is cheap and huge, but it mostly draws people outside auto injury care.
So the plan grows into 100 in steps: core search first, then related symptom searches and Meta reach in the markets that prove out.
A starting hypothesis, not a pick. Your account history decides which markets go first.
Start smaller, prove it, then roll it out. Your approach, in three phases.
Performance opens each phase, never the calendar.
The loop runs again on every market, so the money keeps moving to what works.
Every spend step is yours to approve. Cost per lead usually rises for a stretch when spend steps up, then settles, so we plan for it before it happens.
The goal these step toward: 100+ qualified patient leads a month, which you've reached before, at a cost per lead near $400.
A structured process you can see, so your team can step back.
Shown for Options 2 and 3. Option 1 runs a monthly call, a monthly dashboard and a quarterly roadmap note. Extra calls can happen, and they don't change the set cadence.
An example of your Asana project in the first weeks. You see what's coming, so you can plan your team's work around it.
| Opportunity | What it could add | What it takes | When | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hillsborough County pilot | About 570 accident-care searches a month, at the lowest entry cost we found | Pilot budget, from today's spend | Phase 1 | High |
| Booked appointments back to Google | Bidding learns from patients, not form fills | $1,500 one time, after your data review | Phase 1 | High |
| Orange County | About 330 searches a month near your Orlando clinics | Added spend once the pilot holds its mark | Phase 2 | Medium |
| Meta reach in proven markets | A baseline month first, then a mark to beat | Meta management, Options 2 and 3 | Phase 2 | Medium |
| Symptom searches | Searches like "neck pain after a car accident," about 110 a month across Florida | Added spend in proven markets | Phase 3 | Medium |
An example built from this plan's research. Your real Growth Grid comes from your own account data, and every spend decision on it stays yours.
A Google Ads account built from scratch, with geo-targeting and dedicated landing pages.
Condition-focused landing pages, a granular campaign structure, and ongoing landing page testing.
Option 3 adds our Performance Creative team.
Three ways to start. Monthly and one-time costs stay separate.
| Line | Option 1 | Option 2 | Option 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads management | $2,500 | $2,500 | $2,500 |
| Meta Ads management | Not included | $2,500 | $2,500 |
| Performance creative | Not included | Not included | $1,500 |
| Call and form conversion tracking | Included | Included | Included |
| A month | $2,500 | $5,000 | $6,500 |
| One time: booked appointments from Salesforce back to Google | $1,500 | $1,500 | $1,500 |
Ad management is the greater of $2,500 a month or 10% of that platform's monthly ad spend, never both. There's no setup fee. Ad spend is paid to the platforms and sits outside these numbers.
Pick the starting option. We send the agreement in writing, and our team schedules the kickoff once it's signed.
